A letter before the proposal
For the Mirah Hospitality teamMumbai · October 2026
Dear Mirah Hospitality team,

The Sunday Brunch films were one campaign. This note is about what Bayroute could look like on Instagram every single week.

Before writing it, we went through Bayroute's last year on Instagram, post by post. The brand is strong: nine destinations, a loyal following, and nights that people genuinely talk about. When the camera is on guests and the room, Bayroute's reels travel far.

What we believe Bayroute needs next is rhythm: fresh content every week, every event told before, during and after, and every outlet getting its moment. That is the work we'd love to take off your team's plate.

Inside you'll find what we noticed, one idea we think can change how Bayroute uses Instagram, what a month with us looks like, and two simple ways to work together, with pricing.

As always, tell us honestly what works for you and what doesn't. We'll shape it around you.

Warmly,

Team Stirr Studio

Where Bayroute stands today

A brand people love, ready for a steadier rhythm

We studied @bayroutedining from September 2025 to now: what was posted, how often, and what people responded to.

30.5Kfollowers on Instagram@bayroutedining
9destinations in 3 citiesMumbai · Pune · Bengaluru
1.5Kposts on the gridYears of rich content
6×more views when people are in the framevs. food-only close-ups

Posts per month on @bayroutedining

Counted from the public grid, so treat these as close estimates. Through winter Bayroute posted 15 to 30 times a month. The summer was quieter, and the feed is picking up again now. The opportunity is to make the busy months the normal ones.

~20K vs ~3.5K

People travel further than plates

Reels with guests, laughter and the room averaged around 20K views. Food-only close-ups averaged around 3.5K. Bayroute's audience wants to see the night, not just the dish.

60K – 1.8M

Events reach far. The next step is conversation.

Event and launch reels reached big numbers, yet likes and comments stayed modest. Telling each event as a story, with real guests and real reactions, turns views into bookings for the next one.

14 highlights

Great formats, ready to become series

Darbuka Drip, Oud Soirée, Diva Soirée, Ottoman Table, Kitty Party. These are already strong ideas. Run on a calendar, each becomes something people return for.

9 outlets, 1 feed

Every destination deserves its moment

Cuffe Parade, Powai, Juhu, BKC, Palladium, NESCO, R City, Pune and Bengaluru each have their own crowd. A rotation keeps every outlet visible to the people who live near it.

What Bayroute needs

The kind of social media management Bayroute requires

Bayroute doesn't need someone to just post. It needs a partner who produces fresh content, plans around the event calendar and keeps nine outlets alive on one feed.

The needWhat it looks likeWhy it matters
A steady rhythmAbout 4 posts a week plus daily stories. No silent weeks.Instagram rewards consistency, and guests remember brands they see often.
Fresh footage every monthA monthly shoot with people, food in motion and the room.New content outperforms reused content, and it keeps the feed feeling current.
Every event, told three timesBefore (announce, countdown), during (live stories), after (recap and guest reactions). One night becomes a week of content, and last week's guests sell next week's night.
Sunday Brunch as a ritualA weekly brunch slot in the feed and stories.Sunday plans are made midweek. Bayroute should be in the feed when they are.
Every outlet in rotationA monthly plan that gives each destination its moment.People book the Bayroute near them. Local relevance drives footfall.
Recurring seriesOverheard at Bayroute, Darbuka Drip, Diva Soirée and more, on a calendar.Series build habit. Followers come back for the next episode.
The festive calendarDiwali, Christmas, New Year's Eve, Valentine's Day, Ramadan and Eid, Women's Day.The biggest booking moments of the year, planned weeks ahead, not days.
DMs treated as bookingsQuick replies, with table enquiries passed to the right outlet.A DM is often a table waiting to be confirmed.

Our thought

The Bayroute Week

A night at Bayroute lasts a few hours. On Instagram, it can last a week.

Most restaurants post an event once, on the day. We'd build every Bayroute night as a week-long story. People see it coming, feel like they're there while it happens, and hear from the guests after. The recap of one night becomes the reason someone books the next.

MondayThe invitation

A static post and story set announcing the night.

Wed – FriThe countdown

Stories, a teaser reel, reminders and booking prompts.

The nightLive from the room

Stories through the evening. We shoot the event.

Next dayThe recap

A reel of the best moments, with the room at its fullest.

Two days onThe guests

A reel of real reactions and testimonials, then on to the next night.

One event, five moments, one week of Bayroute in people's feeds.

  5. Every month

Highlights and grid kept fresh, festive campaigns planned ahead, and a report on reach and booking enquiries, outlet by outlet, with what we learned and what we'll change.

05
More than posting

What Bayroute gets beyond the feed

A few things that come with the partnership, because a restaurant's Instagram should fill tables, not just a grid.

Tables, not likes

Measured by bookings

Every month we track the booking enquiries Instagram brings in for each outlet: DMs, link-in-bio clicks and calls. You'll see which content fills tables, outlet by outlet.

Shared reach

Collabs with the places around you

Most Bayroute outlets sit inside Mumbai's busiest malls and venues, whose pages reach exactly the people walking past your doors. We plan and pitch collab posts with them every month, so one post appears on both feeds.

Yours to keep

A growing content library

All raw footage and photos from our shoots are handed over every month, ready for Zomato, Swiggy, Google listings, your website, menus and ads.

First 30 days

A fresh start for the profile

Before anything new goes live, we refresh the bio and booking link, pinned posts and highlights, so every new visitor lands on a profile that's ready to book.

Who works on Bayroute

  1. Your contact

A dedicated social media manager: one person who plans with your team, handles approvals and keeps everything on schedule.

Our shoot team: a director and camera crew for the content day and the event.

  3. In the studio

An editor and a designer for every reel, static post and story.

  4. Every month

Strategy and review from the studio's leadership: the monthly plan, the report and what we change next.

Good to know

  • GST at 18% is extra on both plans.

  • Every post is shared for your approval at least 48 hours before it goes live.

Not included

  • Meta ads management and ad spend.
  • Concept-heavy reels that need sets, talent or extra crew. We quote these separately.
  • Paid creators, models and props.

How we start

Live within two weeks

  1. Day 1 – 3

Kick-off call. We agree goals, tone and the outlets and events to focus on first.

  2. Day 3 – 7

Access and assets. Instagram access, brand guidelines, menus, the event calendar for the next three months, a contact at each outlet, and how bookings come in today, so we can track what Instagram brings.

  3. Week 2

Profile refreshed, first calendar approved and first shoot. Content starts going live.

  4. Month end

First report and review call. What worked, what didn't, and what we'll do next.
